Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 3 vertieft die Bedeutung von Aufmerksamkeit als aktivem Gestaltungsfaktor in Coaching, Selbstführung und Führung. Es zeigt, wie der bewusste Wechsel vom Problemfokus hin zur erwünschten Zukunft neuronale Netzwerke verändert, Motivation aktiviert und Handlungsfähigkeit stärkt. Auf Basis lösungsfokussierter Ansätze, motivationspsychologischer Forschung und neurobiologischer Erkenntnisse wird erläutert, warum Zukunftsbilder Orientierung geben, und wie die Beleuchtung von Mustern des Gelingens Selbstwirksamkeit erhöht. Konkrete Leitfragen und Praxisimpulse unterstützen dabei, Ziele klar zu formulieren, Muster des Gelingens zu erkennen und Veränderung über kleine Schritte zu initiieren.
