Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Weg zur KI-Implementierung ist gepflastert mit unsichtbaren Risiken, die selbst die vielversprechendsten Projekte zum Scheitern bringen können. Dieses Kapitel setzt sich mit den Gefahren auseinander – basierend auf den Einblicken führender Branchenexperten. Es deckt die oft unterschätzten strategischen, technischen und datenschutzrechtlichen Hürden auf, von subtilem Modell-Bias und dem Schreckgespenst der „Halluzination“ bis hin zu internen Prozessblockaden und der fundamentalen Gefahr, ineffiziente Abläufe zu skalieren. Doch es bleibt nicht bei der reinen Problemanalyse. Der Wert dieses Kapitels liegt in der systematischen Verknüpfung: Jede identifizierte Herausforderung wird einer konkreten, praxiserprobten Handlungsempfehlung gegenübergestellt.
