Abstract

Zusammenfassung Angesichts einer Flut von KI-Ideen und begrenzten Ressourcen stehen Entscheider vor der kritischen Frage: Wo anfangen? Dieses Kapitel liefert die definitive Antwort und transformiert die Priorisierung von einem Bauchgefühl zu einem strategischen, datengestützten Prozess. Basierend auf den exklusiven Einblicken führender Branchenexperten wird ein maßgeschneidertes, mehrstufiges Priorisierungs-Framework für Versicherer entwickelt, das weit über einfache Nutzen-Aufwand-Matrizen hinausgeht. Das Modell integriert von Beginn an einen rigorosen Risiko- und Ethikfilter, der kostspielige Irrwege verhindert, bevor wertvolle Ressourcen verschwendet werden.
