Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel dekonstruiert die Vorstellung starrer Rollenprofile und zeigt auf, wie Wirkung durch die Passung zwischen individuellen Stärken und spezifischen Kontexten entsteht. Anhand prominenter Fallstudien aus den Bereichen Vertrieb, Produktmanagement, Projektleitung und Geschäftsführung wird illustriert, wie unterschiedliche Stärken-Kombinationen zum gleichen Ziel führen können. Ein zentraler Fokus liegt auf der Wiederherstellung der biografischen Motivation hinter unternehmerischem Erfolg und der wissenschaftlichen Einordnung von „Job Crafting“. Es wird belegt, dass nicht die Abwesenheit von Schwächen, sondern die proaktive Gestaltung der Rolle um die eigenen Talente herum den Prädiktor für exzellente Leistung darstellt.
