Gestaltungsprinzipien für eine gesundheitsorientierte KI-Einführung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Einführung von KI sollte nicht als reines IT- oder Effizienzprojekt verstanden werden, sondern vielmehr als sozialer und kultureller Change-Management-Prozess, der mögliche Auswirkungen auf die physische und psychische Gesundheit der Mitarbeitenden berücksichtigt. Neben Produktivitätsgewinnen rücken Risiken wie Stress, Überforderung oder Ängste in den Fokus, die durch gezielte Kommunikation, Schulungen und klare Leitplanken adressiert werden müssen. Dafür wurden ein Modell zur gesundheitsorientierten KI-Einführung sowie eine praxisorientierte Checkliste und ein praxisorientierter Leitfaden für Unternehmen entwickelt, die in diesem Kapitel vorgestellt werden.
