Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gesundheit im digitalen Wandel und insbesondere im Kontext von KI kann nicht länger nur als individuelle Aufgabe verstanden werden, sondern wird maßgeblich durch technologische, organisationale und kulturelle Gestaltung beeinflusst. Das Kapitel verdeutlicht, wie KI sowohl die psychische als auch physische Gesundheit fördern oder belasten kann und warum diese Effekte oft unsichtbar, aber langfristig wirksam sind. Es wird deutlich, dass ein bewusst gestaltetes Change-Management entscheidend ist, um digitale Arbeit gesund zu organisieren.
