Abstract

Zusammenfassung KI wird zur prägenden Kraft einer neuen Arbeitsrealität in Unternehmen und hat bereits jetzt Einfluss auf Prozesse, Rollen und Entscheidungslogiken. Dieses Kapitel zeigt die Entwicklung von KI, welche tiefgreifenden Auswirkungen der Einsatz auf Mitarbeitende und Organisationen hat und warum Unternehmen zwischen Effizienzgewinnen, Unsicherheiten und neuen Belastungen der Mitarbeitenden navigieren müssen. Gleichzeitig wird deutlich, vor welchen technologischen, organisatorischen und menschlichen Herausforderungen Unternehmen stehen, wenn KI verantwortungsvoll implementiert werden soll.
