Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das erste Kapitel dieses Buches zeigt, dass KI tiefgreifende Veränderungen von Arbeitsprozessen, Entscheidungslogiken und Erwartungshaltungen mit sich bringt und sowohl Effizienzpotenziale als auch neue gesundheitliche Belastungen für Mitarbeitende erzeugt. Insbesondere psychische Auswirkungen, wie Stress und Unsicherheiten, rücken zunehmend in den Vordergrund. Es wird deutlich, dass Gesundheit im Kontext von KI neu gedacht und als zentrale Führungsaufgabe verstanden werden muss, um die positiven Effekte von KI nachhaltig nutzen zu können.
