Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem nun die verschiedenen Formen letztwilliger Verfügungen und deren Vor- und Nachteile hinsichtlich der Bindungswirkungen aufgezeigt wurden, soll es nun darum gehen, welche inhaltlichen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten sich bei diesen ergeben. Zunächst soll dabei darauf eingegangen werden, wie schon vor dem Erbfall Verfügungen getroffen werden können, durch die bereits vor Ableben wirksam die Erbfolge vorweggenommen werden kann. Anschließend werden die grundsätzlichen testamentarischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt, bevor dann besondere Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten behandelt werden.
