Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Zukunfts-Roadmap bietet kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise, um sich zukunftssicher aufzustellen. In sechs aufeinander aufbauenden Schritten führt sie von der Analyse der aktuellen Situation bis zur Sicherung nachhaltigen Erfolgs. Im Fokus stehen effiziente Strukturen, moderne Führung und eine attraktive Arbeitgebermarke. Die Roadmap basiert auf wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und Erfahrungen aus der Unternehmenspraxis. Sie ist flexibel, um auf die Besonderheiten jedes Unternehmens einzugehen und gibt Orientierung. Ergebnisse sind schnellere Entscheidungen, messbare Effizienzgewinne und bessere Talentgewinnung und -bindung.
