Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird der Zusammenhang von Wirtschaftssystem und ökologischem System betrachtet. Erörtert werden Strukturen, Funktionen und Organisationsformen von Wirtschaft und Natur-Umwelt, wie sie in Ökonomik und Ökologie dargestellt werden. Ausgehend von historisch und systematisch orientierten Betrachtungen zum Verständnis der Einbettung des Wirtschaftens in die natürliche Umwelt (Abschn. 2.1) werden Entwicklungslinien der Idee vom nachhaltigen Wirtschaften als Haushalten rekonstruiert (Abschn. 2.2). Anschließend werden Konzepte spätindustrieller Transformations-Ökonomiken referiert (Abschn. 2.3) und Orientierungen für eine institutionelle ökonomische Architektur der nachhaltigen Gesellschaft abgeleitet (Abschn. 2.4). Ein Resümee fasst die Ergebnisse zusammen und gibt einen Ausblick auf das folgende Kapitel (Abschn. 2.5).
