Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird analysiert, wie die vielfältigen ethischen Herausforderungen in Technikberufen, die von der Aushöhlung individueller Autonomie über Fragen der Gerechtigkeit bis zur Zuweisung von Verantwortung in automatisierten Systemen reichen, Einfluss auf Berufsbilder nehmen. Es beleuchtet die daraus resultierenden praktischen Dilemmata für Fachkräfte und nutzt soziologische Konflikttheorien, um die strukturellen Ursachen und die Diffusion von Verantwortung in komplexen Prozessen zu ergründen. Schließlich werden konkrete Ansätze zur Implementierung von Ethik in Organisationen aufgezeigt, die von der Etablierung einer verantwortlichen Kultur bis zum systematischen Einsatz der normativen Instrumente von Kodizes, Leitlinien und Standards reichen
