Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel analysiert das strategische Management technischer Innovationen als eine integrative Führungsaufgabe, die über die rein ökonomische Optimierung hinausgeht und durch die systematische Gestaltung technologischer Potenziale langfristige Wettbewerbsvorteile sichert. Dabei werden zentrale Herausforderungen wie der Umgang mit Unsicherheit und Nichtwissen, die Notwendigkeit partizipativer Stakeholder-Einbindung sowie die imperative Ausrichtung auf Nachhaltigkeit als Kernaspekte moderner Innovationsprozesse erörtert. Daraus wird abgeleitet, dass Technikbewertung zu einer integralen Führungsaufgabe wird, die normative, ethische und soziale Reflexion proaktiv in die Unternehmensstrategie einbindet, um Innovationen verantwortlich zu gestalten.
