Abstract

ZusammenfassungSelbst mit konsequent aufgesetzten Ziel-Teams bleibt die Doppelbelastung von Strategie und Tagesgeschäft die Regel. Gerade im Mittelstand sind Mitarbeiter nur selten ausschließlich am Ziel. Dieses Kapitel operationalisiert die in Kapitel 3.5 konzeptionell entwickelte Balance in fünf aufeinander aufbauenden Schritten. Zunächst stellt eine Projektinventur systematische Transparenz über alle laufenden Vorhaben einer Organisation her und macht dabei häufig erst die wahre Anzahl aktiver Projekte sichtbar. Anschließend folgt eine konsequente Reduktion in Anzahl und Umfang, unterstützt durch verschiedene Bewertungsmethoden. Danach wird der Zufluss neuer Initiativen limitiert. Die laufende Arbeit wird über ein organisationsweites Koordinations-Board und ein wöchentliches Meeting kontinuierlich abgestimmt. Den Abschluss bilden Warnsysteme aus KPI-Monitoring und einem Stimmungsboard, um kontinuierlich die richtige Balance zwischen strategischen Zielen und Tagesgeschäft zu finden.
