Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel zeigt vielfältige Einsatzmöglichkeiten multisensorischer Strategien zur Förderung gesunder und nachhaltiger Ernährungs- und Gesundheitsgewohnheiten. Es beginnt mit der Rolle von Verpackungsdesign, Düften und Klängen zur Stärkung von Umweltbewusstsein und verantwortungsvollem Konsum. Im Bereich der Prävention kardiovaskulärer Erkrankungen wird dargestellt, wie visuelle, olfaktorische, gustatorische und auditive Reize die Wahl herzgesunder Lebensmittel positiv beeinflussen. Zudem werden Anwendungen multisensorischer Ansprache bei Diabetes, Krebs, Fettleber und Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten erläutert. Abschließend behandelt das Kapitel multisensorisches Marketing in Apotheken, das durch Duft, Klang und Gestaltung Vertrauen schafft und Kundenbindung stärkt. Chancen, Herausforderungen und ethische Aspekte werden kritisch reflektiert.
