Abstract

Zusammenfassung Cybersicherheit ist längst keine rein technische Herausforderung mehr, sondern ein unternehmensweites Querschnittsthema mit weitreichenden Folgen für Recht, Organisation und Verantwortung. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet die vielschichtigen Risiken unzureichender IT-Sicherheit und zeigt, warum fehlende Governance und mangelndes Compliance-Bewusstsein zur ernsthaften Bedrohung werden können. Anhand konkreter Beispiele wird das Zusammenspiel technischer Schwachstellen, organisatorischer Versäumnisse und rechtlicher Haftungsrisiken nachvollziehbar gemacht, um dadurch die Sensibilität und das Verständnis für eine resiliente Unternehmensstruktur sowie seinen Personen dahinter hervorzuheben.
