Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel begründet, warum linear-sequenzielle Change-Modelle den Realitäten hochdynamischer, interdependenter Umwelten nicht mehr genügen, und leitet daraus ein ganzheitlich-systemisches Transformationsverständnis ab. Der empirische Befund unterstreicht: Veränderung ist permanent, muss evidenzbasiert navigiert und synchronisiert gestaltet werden. Systemtheoretisch folgt daraus ein Paradigmenwechsel: Organisationen sind komplexe, adaptive Systeme, deren Transformation emergent verläuft. Im Zeitalter der Polykrisen wird Synchronisation über Dimensionen zum Kernprinzip. Ziel ist die kontinuierliche Selbsterneuerung und Resilienz – die Fähigkeit, Unsicherheit zu antizipieren, interdependente Effekte zu orchestrieren und Entscheidungen iterativ an Evidenz und Feedback auszurichten. Führung wird so zur Ermöglichungs- und Kopplungsleistung: Sie schafft Bedingungen, in denen Multiperspektivität und Synchronisation wirksam werden und Transformation kohärent stattfindet.
