Abstract

Zusammenfassung Psychische Traumatisierungen infolge beruflicher Extrembelastung erfordern eine differenzierte psychosoziale und therapeutische Versorgung, die weit über klassische Einzelmaßnahmen hinausgeht. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet zentrale Versorgungsaspekte für Einsatzkräfte, von Zugangswegen über Barrieren bis hin zu kultursensiblen Therapieangeboten, körperorientierten Verfahren und medikamentöser Unterstützung. Es zeigt, warum therapeutische Arbeit mit Einsatzkräften spezifisches Fachwissen, kontextuelle Sensibilität und vernetzte Hilfestrukturen voraussetzt. Im Fokus steht die multimodale Versorgung, die psychosoziale, medizinische, soziale und rehabilitative Elemente integriert, ergänzt durch Selbsthilfe und digitale Angebote. Ziel ist es, psychische Stabilität zu fördern, Isolation zu durchbrechen und einen Zugang zu nachhaltiger Verarbeitung und Reintegration zu ermöglichen. Der Text verbindet aktuelle Leitlinien, bewährte Verfahren und praxisnahe Empfehlungen und plädiert für ein ganzheitliches Verständnis von Hilfe, das Menschen nicht nur stabilisiert, sondern befähigt.
