Abstract

Zusammenfassung Berufliche Traumatisierung stellt Einsatzkräfte vor erhebliche psychische Herausforderungen, doch es gibt Wege zur Stabilisierung, Verarbeitung und langfristigen Gesundung. Kap. 7 beschreibt zentrale Strategien der Bewältigung auf individueller und organisationaler Ebene. Es beleuchtet psychische Verarbeitungsprozesse, zeigt gesunde Coping-Strategien sowie Risikoverhalten auf und erläutert die Bedeutung von Selbstfürsorge als professionelle Kompetenz. Der Selbstfürsorge-Kompass bietet einen praxisnahen Zugang zu körperlicher, emotionaler, mentaler und sinnbezogener Regeneration. Die Rolle sozialer Unterstützung wird als biopsychosozialer Schutzmechanismus herausgearbeitet, mit besonderem Fokus auf Teamkultur und Führungsverhalten. Resilienz wird als entwickelbare Fähigkeit verstanden und mit konkreten Praxisimpulsen zur Förderung beschrieben. Abschließend wird der Umgang mit Rückschlägen thematisiert sowie das Potenzial posttraumatischer Reifung als mögliches Ergebnis gelingender Auseinandersetzung aufgezeigt.
