Abstract

Zusammenfassung Berufliche Extrembelastungen hinterlassen tiefgreifende körperliche und seelische Spuren. Kap. 5 bietet einen systematischen Überblick über psychische Traumafolgestörungen im Kontext von Einsatzberufen. Im Fokus stehen die posttraumatische Belastungsstörung (PTBS), Depressionen, Angststörungen, moralische Verletzungen, sekundäre Traumatisierung und Suizidalität. Neben der Darstellung klinischer Merkmale und diagnostischer Kriterien werden auch typische Verlaufsformen, Differenzialdiagnosen und Auswirkungen auf das Berufs- und Privatleben thematisiert. Ziel ist es, ein vertieftes Verständnis für psychische Symptome nach belastenden Einsätzen zu vermitteln, als Grundlage für Früherkennung, Unterstützung und Entstigmatisierung im professionellen Kontext.
