Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie folgenden Checklisten bündeln zentrale Handlungshilfen für den Umgang mit psychischer Belastung, Traumafolgen und Krisensituationen im Einsatzkontext. Sie unterstützen dabei, Warnsignale bei Kolleg:innen frühzeitig wahrzunehmen, Gespräche achtsam und klar zu führen, die eigene Rolle realistisch einzuordnen und in akuten wie auch längerfristigen Belastungssituationen handlungsfähig zu bleiben. Zugleich richten sie den Blick auf Selbstfürsorge, kollegiale Unterstützung und die Grenzen informeller Hilfe. Damit bieten sie eine praxisnahe Orientierung für Einsatzkräfte und Teams, die psychische Gesundheit im Arbeitsalltag bewusster schützen und Belastungsfolgen frühzeitig begegnen möchten.
