Abstract

ZusammenfassungBeruflich bedingte Traumatisierungen stellen nicht nur eine gesundheitliche, sondern auch eine rechtliche Herausforderung dar. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet praxisnah die wichtigsten rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, mit denen Einsatzkräfte bei psychisch belastenden Ereignissen konfrontiert sind – von der Wiedereingliederung über sozialrechtliche Leistungen bis hin zu Renten- und Berufskrankheitenrecht. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Frage, wie Betroffene ihre Ansprüche erkennen, nutzen und durchsetzen können, auch im Spannungsfeld zwischen Datenschutz, behördlichen Verfahren und Fürsorgepflichten. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt sensiblen Bereichen wie der temporären Entbindung vom Waffendienst bei psychischer Belastung sowie der formalen Meldung psychischer Traumata als Arbeits- oder Dienstunfall. Ziel des Kapitels ist es, Orientierung in einem komplexen System zu geben, Betroffene zu stärken und Organisationen für traumasensible Strukturen zu sensibilisieren.
