Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel bezieht sich schwerpunktmäßig auf die PSNV-E für Einsatzkräfte, verortet diese jedoch systematisch im Gesamtrahmen der PSNV, der PSNV-B für Betroffene einschließt. Ziel der PSNV ist es, psychische Belastungsreaktionen nach traumatischen Ereignissen frühzeitig zu erkennen, zu stabilisieren und den Zugang zu weiterführender Hilfe zu erleichtern. Das Kapitel stellt die verschiedenen Interventionsstufen vor, von der Akutmaßnahme über die strukturelle Nachsorge bis hin zur langfristigen Begleitung, und zeigt, welche organisatorischen Voraussetzungen und Qualifikationen notwendig sind, um PSNV wirksam umzusetzen. Es werden Rollenprofile (Peers, Fachkräfte, Seelsorge) differenziert beschrieben sowie die Grenzen der PSNV klar benannt. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der strukturellen Verankerung innerhalb von Organisationen, der Bedeutung von Supervision und dem Übergang in therapeutische Versorgung. PSNV wird als Ausdruck einer gelebten Fürsorgekultur verstanden, die psychische Gesundheit systematisch schützt und langfristige Resilienz fördert.
