Abstract

ZusammenfassungDieses Kapitel spürt weiteren kulturellen und geistesgeschichtlichen Einflüssen auf die Entwicklung der Marktwirtschaft nach, die es zu einem bedeutenden Teil auf die Antike zurückführt. In ihrem Zentrum stehen die Begriffe des inneren Sinns und des Gemeinsinns. Es schildert sie am roten Faden ihrer wechselvollen, bis heute andauernden Begriffsgeschichte in den verschiedenen Fassungen und geht ihrer wirtschaftlichen Bedeutung nach. Wie im 3. Kapitel angekündigt, geht es um die grundsätzliche Verbundenheit mit dem Gegenüber der zwischenmenschlichen Beziehung, die historisch die Basis für die Menschenrechte legt. Das Kapitel hat die Aufgabe, zunächst ein Grundlagenverständnis für die Hermeneutik der Synästhesie zu sichern. Anschließend spielt der Gemeinsinn durchgehend eine Rolle. In dem Teil III wird seine konstitutive Leistung für die Entstehung der Marktwirtschaftslehre gezeigt. Auf sie kommt der Schluss zurück und schlägt vor, sie wieder zu revitalisieren.
