Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der KI-Commerce unterliegt aktuell noch erheblichen und ungeklärten Risiken. Gleiches gilt für die Haftung für Inhalte, die ChatGPT bzw. generative KI produziert. Und schließlich ist noch nicht klar, ob auch alle der äußerst positiven Prognosen für die KI-Industrie jemals eintreffen werden. In diesem Zusammenhang sind insbesondere auch die strukturellen Risiken der KI-Industrie zu berücksichtigen. Im Folgenden wird zunächst auf die qualitativen Risiken beim KI-Einsatz eingegangen, bevor deren rechtliche und ethische Risiken thematisiert werden. Die strukturellen Risiken werden abschließend erläutert.
