Abstract

Zusammenfassung Geschäftsideen können nur umgesetzt werden, wenn sie im nächsten Schritt in ein Geschäftsmodell überführt werden. Dieses beschreibt, wie ein Unternehmen Werte schafft und damit Umsätze erzielt. Für die Beschreibung und Visualisierung von Geschäftsmodellen gibt es verschiedene Ansätze. Aufgrund der hierfür relevanten Dimension der Wertschöpfung ist das V4-Modell von Al-Debei und Avison (2010) besonders geeignet, um KI-basierte Geschäftsmodelle zu spezifizieren. Auf dieser Basis lässt sich zwischen KI-nativer, KI-transformierter, KI-kundenzentrierter sowie KI-vertikaler Wertschöpfung differenzieren.
