Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die für KI-Commerce erforderlichen Aspekte entsprechen den wichtigsten Inhalten einer Businessplanung. Dazu zählen das Meta-Targeting von Märkten und Kunden, wie in den Kap. 1 und 2 beschrieben, die Geschäftsideen, deren Geschäftsmodelle sowie die zugrunde liegenden Geschäftssysteme. Gegenstand dieses Kapitels sind die Geschäftsideen, die sich in drei Hauptkategorien unterteilen lassen, und zwar Nischenspezialisten. Platform Builder sowie Game Changer. Nischenspezialisten sind beispielsweise Conversational-Commerce-Anbieter mit KI-gestützten Chatbots oder Vertreter des Experience-Led KI-Commerce. Typische Platform Builder sind Vertreter des Creator Commerce wie beispielsweise TikTok. Agentic-Commerce-Anbieter mit Bot-Traffic sowie Predictive IoT-Commerce können dagegen als Game Changer gelten. Im Zusammenhang mit KI und Hyperpersonalisierung gewinnen zudem On-Demand-Geschäftsideen an Bedeutung.
