Abstract

Zusammenfassung Strategisches Management wissenschaftlicher Bibliotheken erfordert eine systematische Analyse und methodische Umsetzung. Die Kundenzentrierung bildet das Fundament, unterstützt durch eine Wertschöpfungskettenanalyse zur Identifikation von Pain Points. Zentrale Analyseinstrumente sind Porters Five Forces, SWOT, Stakeholder-Portfolios und PESTEL-Analysen. Der vierphasige Strategieprozess umfasst Initiierung, Entwicklung (Vision, Mission, Handlungsfelder), Implementierung mit gezielter Kommunikation sowie kontinuierliche Evaluation. Eine Erfolgreiche Strategie verbindet normative Orientierung mit operativer Anpassungsfähigkeit.
