Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die vorangegangenen Kapitel haben eine unmissverständliche Wahrheit offengelegt: Die jahrhundertealte Debatte, ob Unternehmen ethisch handeln oder wirtschaftlich erfolgreich sein können, ist beendet. Die empirische Evidenz (Kap. 4) belegt mit einer Korrelation von bis zu 91,5 % zwischen ethischer Vision und finanziellem Erfolg, dass die Frage nicht mehr „ob“, sondern nur noch „wie“ lautet. Ethik ist nicht länger ein Kostenfaktor oder ein Luxus, den sich nur erfolgreiche Firmen leisten können; sie ist der entscheidende Treiber für nachhaltige Wertschöpfung, Innovation und langfristige Resilienz.
