Abstract

ZusammenfassungDie in den vorangegangen Kapiteln aufgeführten und beschriebenen Konstrukte mit ihren unterschiedlichen Zusammenhängen ermöglichen vielfältige Schlussfolgerungen und die Entwicklung eines ganzheitlichen Rahmens. Dazu wird als Fundament ein post-positivistischer Ansatz genutzt, verbunden mit einer argumentativ-deduktiven Analyse (Treu, 2022, 2023). Die Grundannahme ist dabei eine Reihe von miteinander verbundenen Prämissen über die Welt, die einen konzeptionellen Rahmen für die systematische Untersuchung liefert (Saunders et al., 2023; Williamson, 2002). Das bedeutet, dass die Realität bzw. zu beschreibende Sachverhalte einer möglichst umfassenden kritischen Prüfung unterliegen, indem verschiedene Sichtweisen und Interpretationen eingeholt werden. Gleichzeitig weist diese Herangehensweise Parallelen zum interpretivistischen Paradigma auf, indem davon ausgegangen wird, dass bestimmte Gegebenheiten bzw. Situationen von Menschen interpretiert oder konstruiert sind und sich von der natürlichen Welt unterscheiden. Somit wird die Möglichkeit geschaffen, zu analysieren unter welchen Bedingungen unterschiedliche Sachverhalte innerhalb eines sozialen Kontextes entstehen (Saunders et al., 2023; Williamson, 2002).
