Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Konzepte finanzielle Bildung, finanzielle Inklusion, Financial Well-being (finanzielles Wohlergehen), nachhaltige Finanzen und Fintech (Finanztechnologie) spielen eine immer größere Rolle in der heutigen Gesellschaft, sind untereinander vernetzt sowie voneinander abhängig und haben in den letzten Jahren zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen. So erkennen immer mehr Staaten (u. a. Deutschland, Frankreich, Österreich) und internationale Organisationen wie die OECD und die Weltbank an, wie wichtig die Messung und der Ausbildungsstand finanzieller Bildung sind. Dadurch sollen Ziele wie finanzielle Inklusion, Errichtung eines nachhaltigen Finanzsystems und ein finanzielles Wohlergehen ermöglicht werden. Gleichzeitig ist ein wichtiges Instrument zur Umsetzung dieser Punkte die breite Nutzung und Verfügbarkeit von Finanztechnologie (Fintech). Jedoch sind noch nicht alle Konzepte in der Breite der Gesellschaft angekommen.
