ZusammenfassungDieses Kapitel definiert IT-Due Diligence und grenzt sie von anderen Due-Diligence-Bereichen ab. Es stellt einen modularen Prüfungsrahmen vor, der sowohl operative als auch strategische Bewertungsdimensionen umfasst, und zeigt, welche Mehrwerte verschiedene Stakeholder aus einer IT-DD ziehen können. Das Kapitel schließt mit einer Analyse des Status quo im deutschen Mittelstand.
