Abstract

ZusammenfassungIn diesem Kapitel wird gezeigt, wie Kaizen im Rettungsdienst konkret gelebt und umgesetzt werden kann. Zentrale Rolle nimmt dabei der EMS Field Observer ein, der als Bindeglied zwischen Praxis und Organisationsentwicklung fungiert. Die Qualifizierung vermittelt Methoden zur Prozessbeobachtung, Ursachenanalyse und Moderation von Verbesserungsprozessen auf Basis des Prinzips „Go see, ask why, show respect“. Zugleich wird dargestellt, wie Kaizen im Alltag durch Routinen, kurze Reflexionen und sichtbare Quick Wins verankert werden kann. So entsteht eine nachhaltige Kultur des Lernens, der Zusammenarbeit und der stetigen Verbesserung im Rettungsdienst.
