Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 3 schlägt die Brücke vom klassischen Storytelling zur konkreten Strategieumsetzung. Es zeigt, warum Geschichten allein nicht ausreichen, um nachhaltige Veränderungen zu bewirken, und wie sie mit Erkenntnissen der Verhaltenspsychologie verbunden werden können. Im Mittelpunkt steht das Fogg Behavior Model, das erklärt, wie Motivation, Fähigkeit und gezielte Auslöser zusammenspielen, um neues Verhalten zu ermöglichen. Das Kapitel beleuchtet, wie strategische Narrative nicht nur Sinn stiften, sondern auch Handlungsimpulse setzen und Barrieren abbauen.
