Abstract

ZusammenfassungEine stabile Gesellschaft basiert auf einer starken Mittelschicht und funktionierenden Leistungsanreizen. Während die Einkommensverteilung moderat ist, zeigt die Vermögensverteilung deutliche Ungleichgewichte. Der Sozialstaat weist Fehlanreize auf, die Leistungsbereitschaft und das Solidarprinzip gefährden. Reformen zielen daher auf eine stärkere Fokussierung auf Bedürftige, die Reduktion von Subventionen und eine Entlastung breiter Bevölkerungsschichten.
