Abstract

ZusammenfassungDer Anhang erweitert die Übungen des Buches um zwei praxisnahe Werkzeuge: eine Methode zur Erkennung verdeckter Motive und 60 konkrete Handlungsimpulse zur Stärkung der Empathie. Die Critical Incident Technique unterstützt dabei, innere Antriebe sichtbar zu machen – ob intrinsische Motivation aus Freude, Werten und persönlicher Entwicklung oder extrinsische Motivation durch Anreize und soziale Erwartungen. Ergänzend helfen strukturierte Fragen, ein individuelles Motivationsprofil zu erstellen. Der zweite Teil umfasst 60 praktische Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung emotionaler, kognitiver und sozialer Empathie. Sie fördern emotionale Wahrnehmung, Perspektivübernahme und das Verständnis von Gruppendynamiken und liefern Führungskräften und Teams ein umfassendes Trainingsprogramm für ein empathischeres Miteinander.
