Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Arbeitswelt befindet sich im Umbruch – nicht schleichend, sondern rasant. Die COVID-19-Pandemie wirkte dabei wie ein globales Experiment: Plötzlich arbeiteten Millionen Menschen im Homeoffice, Meetings fanden virtuell statt, Führung geschah auf Distanz. Was vor der Pandemie oft als ineffizient oder undenkbar galt, wurde Realität – und funktionierte erstaunlich gut.
