Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Gestaltung moderner Arbeitswelten befindet sich inmitten eines fundamentalen Umbruchs, der weit über bloße technologische Anpassungen hinausgeht. Digitale Transformation, gesellschaftliche Werteverschiebungen und die wachsende Diversität der Belegschaft fordern Organisationen in nie dagewesener Weise heraus – und bieten gleichzeitig enorme strategische Potenziale. Unternehmen sehen sich zunehmend mit der Aufgabe konfrontiert, Arbeitsstrukturen nicht nur effizient, sondern auch inklusiv und zukunftsfähig zu gestalten. Flexibilität und Inklusion avancieren dabei von optionalen Zusatzangeboten zu unverzichtbaren Kernprinzipien moderner Arbeitsplatzgestaltung.
