Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer zunehmend dynamischen, technologiegetriebenen und globalisierten Wirtschaft stehen Organisationen vor einer Vielzahl an Herausforderungen. Sie müssen nicht nur kontinuierlich ihre Innovationskraft unter Beweis stellen, sondern sich auch flexibel an sich verändernde Marktbedingungen anpassen und dem immer drängender werdenden Fachkräftemangel begegnen. Gleichzeitig fordern gesellschaftliche und regulatorische Entwicklungen eine stärkere Betonung von Diversitäts-, Gleichberechtigungs- und Inklusionsinitiativen (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion; DEI). Unternehmen, die sich diesen Anforderungen stellen, sichern nicht nur ihre Zukunftsfähigkeit, sondern stärken auch ihre gesellschaftliche Verantwortung und Reputation.
