Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die innere Ordnung einer Genossenschaft ist weit mehr als ein formales Gerüst – sie ist der Ausdruck dessen, wie eine Gemeinschaft sich versteht und wie sie handeln möchte. Governance und Organisation schaffen Klarheit über Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Entscheidungsprozesse und sichern so die Handlungsfähigkeit im Alltag. Vorstand, Aufsichtsrat, Mitglieder und Mitarbeitende bilden ein Zusammenspiel, das demokratische Teilhabe, Transparenz und Effizienz miteinander verbindet. Die Konstitution einer Genossenschaft dient dabei als lebendiges Steuerungsinstrument, das über rechtliche Vorgaben hinaus den operativen Betrieb, die Kultur und die Zusammenarbeit prägt. Sie wird zur Brücke zwischen Satzung und gelebter Praxis. Entscheidend ist, dass ihre Erarbeitung transparent, offen und co-kreativ erfolgt, damit alle Beteiligten sie als gemeinsames Fundament tragen können. So entsteht eine Organisationsform, die stabil, lernfähig und zukunftsorientiert zugleich ist.
