Abstract

ZusammenfassungDieses Kapitel legt die wirtschaftliche Grundlage für tragfähige Genossenschaften. Es zeigt, wie Szenarien Chancen, Risiken und Entwicklungspfade sichtbar machen und in ein stabiles Kerngeschäft münden, das verlässliche Einnahmen erzeugt. Dabei sind Liquiditätsplanung (Cashflow im Blick), einfaches Controlling (Soll-Ist-Vergleich) und Transparenz gegenüber Mitgliedern zentrale Bausteine der Vertrauensbildung.Das Finanzierungsportfolio wird bewusst breit angelegt: Mitgliederanteile, Bankdarlehen, partiarische Darlehen, stille Beteiligungen, Genussscheine, Verkäuferdarlehen/-beteiligungen bei Immobilien, sowie Fördermittel, Bürgerbeteiligungen, Crowdfunding und Kooperationen mit Stiftungen/Impact-Investoren. Die Kombination dieser Instrumente erhöht die Resilienz.Schließlich verankert das Kapitel Generationenfestigkeit als ökonomische Notwendigkeit: Rollen attraktiv gestalten, Arbeit teilen, Wissen dokumentieren und Nachfolge früh sichern – denn ohne attraktive Nachfolge keine nachhaltige Stabilität.
