Abstract

ZusammenfassungDas nachfolgende Praxisbeispiel der Diözese Feldkirch zeigt die konkrete Umsetzung markensoziologischer Arbeit und deren Übersetzung in konkrete Überzeugungslogiken, die das argumentative Fundament für alle kommunikativen Aktivitäten bilden. Die systematische Implementierung erfolgt über sieben Schritte – von Bewusstseinsbildung über strategische Fokussierung bis zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung. Die psychologische Konsequenz ist ein Paradigmenwechsel von omnipräsenter Krisenstimmung zur bewussten Rückbesinnung auf täglich erbrachte wertvolle Leistungen, wodurch ein lebendiges System kontinuierlicher Marken- und Organisationsentwicklung entsteht, das Mut und Zuversicht in kirchliche Gemeinschaften zurückbringt.
