Abstract

In this chapter, I will examine the challenges within a hybrid organization and the corresponding coaching formats in greater detail. The focus is on analyzing each challenge both at the level of external circumstances and by exploring how individual mindsets influence the perception of reality and lead to specific approaches. Furthermore, I will present how such a challenge could be perceived through the experiential lens of coaching and which options for action this would enable. For each format, I will highlight a specific attitude or mindset that could be particularly helpful in dealing with the respective challenge.
