Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der dynamischen Welt der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche, in der Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit als zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren gelten, hat sich Process Mining als zentrales Instrument etabliert, das den Schnittpunkt von Data Science und Prozessmanagement widerspiegelt (vgl. [1], S. 25). Der Ansatz umfasst Techniken, Werkzeuge und Methoden zur systematischen Analyse von Ereignisdaten, um detaillierte Einblicke in die tatsächliche Ausführung von Prozessen zu gewinnen. Die daraus gewonnenen Erkenntnisse ermöglichen die Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und bilden damit den Kernnutzen von Process Mining (vgl. [1], S. 25).
