Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kapital 5 systematisiert die KI-Anwendungsfelder entlang der zentralen organisatorischen Bereiche der Regionalbanken und unterscheidet dabei zwischen nicht vertriebsbezogenen und vertriebsbezogenen Funktionen. In einer anschließenden Matrix werden die strategischen Handlungsfelder bewertet und die identifizierten Anwendungsfelder priorisiert. Für die priorisierten Use-Cases erfolgt exemplarisch eine Mehrwertberechnungen bzw. ein quantitativer Wertschöpfungsnachweis.
