Abstract

Überblick Im Kontext der gesunden Selbstführung ist es entscheidend, die eigenen Verhaltensmuster zu erkennen und zu verstehen. Ein äußerst hilfreiches Modell hierfür ist das Konzept des „Inneren Teams“ von Friedemann Schulz von Thun (1998). Es hilft Führungskräften, ihre eigene innere Komplexität zu navigieren und zu managen – eine Fähigkeit, die maßgeblich zum persönlichen Wohlbefinden und zur effektiven Führung anderer beiträgt.
