Abstract

Überblick Wenn Mitarbeitende bereits Anzeichen einer gesundheitlichen Beeinträchtigung oder einer Erkrankung aufweisen, ist eine sensible und professionelle Begleitung durch die Führungskraft gefragt. In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, wie gesunde Führung in kritischen Situationen, bei Anzeichen einer psychischen Störung und im Umgang mit erkrankten Mitarbeitenden, die an ihren Arbeitsplatz zurückkehren, gelingen kann.
