Abstract

Überblick Um gesunde Führung nachhaltig in den betrieblichen Alltag integrieren zu können, benötigen alle Beteiligten ein gemeinsames Verständnis der zugrunde liegenden Begriffe und Konzepte. Begrifflichkeiten wie Gesundheit und Krankheit, Belastung und Beanspruchung, Stress und Coping sowie Ressourcen, Resilienz und Salutogenese sind nicht jedem geläufig oder unterscheiden sich in ihrer Bedeutung von unserem Alltagsverständnis. Eine Auseinandersetzung mit diesen Begriffen und Konzepten liefert die notwendige Grundlage für die weiteren Planungen. Erst auf einer soliden, gemeinsamen Basis sollten Maßnahmen der gesunden Führung aufgesetzt werden.
