Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mehr als 50 Risiken für ausländisch investierte Unternehmen in China werden beschrieben. Gegliedert nach Strategie und Management, Finanzen, Recht, Steuern, Produktion und Lieferketten sowie Informationstechnologie werden Risiken und ihre Bedingungen beschrieben und analysiert. Es geht in dem Kapitel nicht um den einen für alle Unternehmen richtigen Umgang mit einem identifizierten Risiko, sondern um den Aufbau eines Erfahrungsschatzes, der jedem, der mit Chinas Wirtschaft befasst ist, weiterhilft.
