Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Umfeld, unter dem Unternehmen Wirtschaft in China betrieben wird, ist nicht nur graduell, sondern fundamental anders als in anderen großen Volkswirtschaften. Das hat weniger historische Gründe, sondern aktuell haben sich die Bedingungen seit der Mitte der 2010er Jahre gewandelt. Politik, Recht, Steuern, Wirtschaft und Kultur prägen die Arbeit in jedem Unternehmen, wozu ein vertieftes spezielles Verständnis im gegenseitigen Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, dem Management, Lieferanten und Kunden benötigt wird. Diese Grundlagen prägen die Identifikation und Analyse von Risiken im Unternehmen.
